We focus on the needs of people with a disability, and those of their carers.
Our Disability Services focus on the needs of people with a disability, and those of their carers, while encouraging them to reach their full potential. We provide services to people living in the North and West Metropolitan Melbourne, particularly those from migrant and refugee backgrounds.
Our pool of 200 bilingual support workers speak more than 50 languages. Workers are matched according to interests and personality of the client, as well as language and culture.
Spectrum MRC’s Disability Services include Respite for older carers, Individual support and Activity groups.
All our disability programmes are available both for eligible clients and on a fee for service basis.
