Spectrum evolves and readies for revolution

As a leading provider of culturally and linguistically diverse services, Spectrum has a many decades long history of embracing new challenges and opportunities.

Spectrum acknowledges seismic shifts shuddering disruption into the disability, aged and settlement sectors, and is readying for both evolution and revolution.

One of Spectrum’s six core values is “Create Tomorrow”, and so after an intense period of internal review and assessment Spectrum is re-organising to better enable continual evolution of the services currently provided, and also to provide a springboard to innovate and grow.

Stelvio Vido, Spectrum CEO reports that, “with today’s announcements I enthusiastically believe that Spectrum is fully ready to step boldly into a new era of transformational growth and development that will make a real difference to how people with refugee and migrant backgrounds feel at home in Australia”.

“I am pleased to announce that we have appointed Andrea McLeod as Chief Operating Officer. Andrea launches into this new role, after commencing with Spectrum as General Manager, Aged and Disability Services, in January this year.  Andrea’s role encompasses the complete suite of corporate services, and all operational services across Aged, Disability and Settlement programs.

Roxanne Strauss completes the Executive Leadership team. Roxanne, formally Spectrum’s Chief Brand and Culture Officer takes on the newly created role of Chief Growth Officer, and will be responsible for leading major transformational change projects, that will grow Spectrum by focusing on marketing, innovation, new funding and business opportunities, client and employee insights and experience”.

Spectrum’s Executive Leadership Team are supported by the Senior Leadership Team; a diverse team covering a vast range of career and industry experiences. They include:

Spectrum is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager and Quality Manager, both of whom will complete the Senior Leadership Team

Delivering an array of services to enable people from refugee and migrant backgrounds to feel at home in Australia, Spectrum provides a full life cycle of support services. The broad suite of services and programs includes Aged and Disability services, Settlement programs and services to those newly arrived, as well as family services, and youth programs.
