A year of progress and community impact
We are proud to release Spectrum’s 2023-24 Annual Report, showcasing a year of growth, innovation, and deepened engagement with our community.
In line with the Renew phase of our 2025 Strategic Plan, we have made significant strides in shaping programs and services centred on the needs of migrants, refugees, and ageing Australians. By actively involving our clients in the design process through workshops and engagement activities, we are fostering a more inclusive approach to service delivery. This commitment is reflected in our work to develop a new Outcomes Framework and to establish a Consumer Advisory Panel for our aged care programs.
Operationally, we have embraced technology to enhance efficiency and client support. Key upgrades to systems such as GoldCare, Mobility Plus, and Talk Desk have streamlined workflows and improved service responsiveness. Coupled with a new accounting system and governance framework, these advancements strengthen our capacity to meet rising demand — evidenced by a 20% increase in client numbers this year.
None of this would be possible without our dedicated staff, valued Board members, and supportive partners, whose shared vision enables us to empower our clients to feel at home in an inclusive Australia.
