Board
Sherman has over 20 years of experience in higher education, with leadership roles at RMIT and Macquarie Universities. He is currently the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Education and Vice-President at RMIT, and he joined the Spectrum Board in 2021. Previously, he ran a multimedia production company. Sherman is skilled in leading organisational transformation and values diversity and inclusion.
He holds a BSc from UNSW, a Master’s in Media Technology and Law from Macquarie University, and a PhD in Media and Cultural Studies from UQ.

Chris is a finance professional with over 30 years of experience in community welfare, investment, funds management, stockbroking, banking, and equipment leasing. He was the CFO of Anglicare Victoria for 18 years and has worked as a Principal at the CFO Centre.
Currently, he is a board member of a listed company and serves on the Audit Committee for Funds in Court, part of the Victorian Supreme Court.

Ross brings over 37 years of CEO and governance experience in the not-for-profit aged and disability services sectors. He has served on multiple Boards, including ten years at Baptcare and as Chair of their Quality and Clinical Governance Committee, and is currently Chair of OM Australia.
Ross possesses a strong understanding of governance and aged care, holding a degree in psychology and earth science, along with post-graduate qualifications in education and business.

Casey joined the Spectrum Board in 2022, bringing senior leadership, transformation, strategy, and governance experience. She is the Executive Chairperson of Wombats Wish and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (MIS), along with diplomas in Business and Management, and is a Certified Community Director.
Raised in Dallas and the North-West, Casey is purpose driven and passionate about diversity, as well as leaving people and environments in a better place.
Casey joined the Spectrum Board in 2022, bringing senior leadership, transformation, strategy, and governance experience. She is the Executive Chairperson of Wombats Wish and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (MIS), along with diplomas in Business and Management, and is a Certified Community Director.
Raised in Dallas and the North-West, Casey is purpose driven and passionate about diversity, as well as leaving people and environments in a better place.
Elisa is a Data and Analytics leader with 20 years of experience in the US and Australia across finance, FMCG, technology, and sports. She has held positions at Citigroup, Avon Products, Quantium, LinkedIn, and is currently the Head of Data and Analytics at the AFL. A people-first leader, Elisa focuses on building high-performing teams.
She holds undergraduate degrees in Finance and Accounting from NYU and an MBA from both Columbia University and London Business School. Additionally, she serves on the Advisory Board for the Institute of Analytic Professionals.
Elisa is a Data and Analytics leader with 20 years of experience in the US and Australia across finance, FMCG, technology, and sports. She has held positions at Citigroup, Avon Products, Quantium, LinkedIn, and is currently the Head of Data and Analytics at the AFL. Lizelle was recognised by ARN Australia Women in ICT in 2016 and 2018.
She is passionate about leadership, mentoring, inclusion, and advocating for equity, especially for refugees in Australia.

Rebecca has had an extensive 20 year career as an allied health clinician, leading performance improvement across the care continuum. Rebecca is passionate about influencing whole system quality and enjoys working alongside individuals and teams to coach them through the art and science of improvement to deliver successful results and spread changes across
complex systems. Rebecca holds a double undergraduate degree in Public Health and Occupational Therapy as well as a Master’s in Health Service Management.
Rebecca is currently the Director of Quality and Improvement at Royal Melbourne Hospital.

He has accumulated experience in service delivery and operational leadership, initially in South Africa, where he catered to clients and supported Bloomberg and Reuters while employed by the investment giant Remgro Ltd.

Paul has a particular passion for migrant safety, which is evidenced in his career working as a practitioner, consultant and leader in humanitarian settings, including human trafficking and gender-based violence, and with internally displaced people, refugees and people seeking asylum.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Social Work and Social Policy and Masters in International Development; he has a particular interest in trauma-informed practice and participatory processes.
Paul has worked in leadership and consultancy positions across various fields of practice with United Nations programs, government and non-government organisations.

Alison has trained in multiple social change platforms and has always worked to achieve social justice, environmental sustainability, human fulfillment and belonging.
She brings her experience as an executive manager responsible for organisational quality assurance and improvement systems, legislative compliance, clinical governance and risk management. Alison utilises an enquiry-based, capacity building approach to strategic and organisational development.
She began her career as a physiotherapist and has focused her professional development exploring “what we can do together that we cannot do alone?” including Leadership for Systems Change and Human Centred Design.
