Whistleblower reporting – Aged Care

Spectrum Migrant Resource Centre is committed to providing safe, respectful, and high-quality home care services. As part of our obligations under the Aged Care Act 2024, we have established a secure and confidential whistleblower system to ensure concerns about misconduct, unethical behaviour, or breaches of care standards can be raised safely.

We strongly encourage anyone – clients, families, staff, or community members – to report concerns. Reports can be made anonymously, and all disclosures are protected under law. This means you are safeguarded from retaliation, and your identity will remain confidential if you choose.
