Our 2026-2030 Strategic Plan

News 20 February 2026

Spectrum is proud to share our 2026-2030 Strategic Plan!

This week at Spectrum, we celebrated the release of our new Strategic Plan.

Together, we took time to first reflect on the work we’ve done in recent years. Not only have our team supported more than 4000 people annually, we’ve grown through a commitment to Learning and Development, upgraded technology and systems, and powerful new growth pathways for tomorrow’s leaders.

We’ve advocated for people in humanitarian need, refugees, older people, victim-survivors, skilled migrants and LGBTQIA+ members of our community – and we’ve partnered with other community organisations with similar values.

We’re proud of all we’ve achieved so far, and as we mark our 46th year, Spectrum’s future is looking bright.

And as our sectors face unprecedented changes in the years ahead, our mission remains to work together with people from migrant and refugee backgrounds, supporting their aspirations to arrive and settle well, stay connected, age with dignity, and shape their own futures.

Our new Strategic Plan focuses on four core strategic pillars that will enable maximum social impact, staff who thrive, long-term sustainability, and delivering better services every day.
