We provide free immigration assistance and advice to recently arrived refugees, helping with questions about visas, residency and their rights in Australia.
Who we can help
You’re eligible for our immigration assistance service if you arrived in Australia less than fives years ago on a Humanitarian, Refugee or Protection Visa.
How it works
See a settlement worker on one of our drop-in days to discuss your situation or book an appointment with one of our registered migration agents (MARNs: 1170469; 1463349).
They can help you if you have someone that you want to bring to Australia through the Special Humanitarian program, or if you’d like to sponsor family members through the Family Stream.
For more information contact your closest Spectrum office – find our contact details here.
You can also contact the Department of Immigration and Border Protection to find out more about immigration procedures.
Migration Agents Registration Authority Code of Conduct
The immigration assistance that we offer is regulated by the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) and all our migration agents follow the MARA Code of Conduct.
