VACAP Employment Brokers Program

How do we help?

The Victorian African Communities Action Plan (VACAP) Employment Brokers Program provides job readiness activities to African Australian job seekers using a positive, supportive approach to work towards sustainable, fulfilling employment outcomes.

The program aims to increase job opportunities through case work and coaching, information on available job opportunities, and active referral to other support services to help you.

We can work with you to understand your own strengths, skills and interests, to find work that is long-term, provides financial stability and a sense of security here in Australia. We are interested in learning about your individual goals, whether they are to support your family, build a business, or grow your career, and we will work together to help you achieve them.

Spectrum’s Employment Services team have high levels of professional expertise, broad knowledge of the Australian workforce, and have lived experience as migrants. So you can be confident that you will receive the information and support that you need, by someone who understands.

Who is it for?
