it's your birthday - take the day off!

We think birthdays are pretty special, so why would you want to spend it at work? All our people can take their birthday off as an extra day of leave.

purchase leave

We offer the ability to purchase 2 or 4 weeks of extra leave a year, so you can spend more time with your family, friends or travelling to your favourite spot in the world.

We have an annual end of year party plus many lunch, afternoon and morning teas to celebrate birthdays, farewells and welcome to the team events. We have monthly drinks at each site where people can mix n mingle.

paid parental leave

We offer 12 weeks paid parental leave for the primary caregiver and support the 2 week paid government scheme for partners.

formal training

We provide formal training that includes Manual Handling, Infection Control, Mental Health First Aid, Dementia Training and access to the Go1 platform and any other training relevant to the specific role.

get your coffee hit

We have proper coffee machines at two of our offices and we offer lessons to our new people on how to use them to make the best Melbourne coffees. We love surprising our people with the occasional cupcake or two and have free fruit as well.

salary sacrifice

As a not-for-profit organisation we offer salary packaging. Basically this means more money in your pay each fortnight. We will help you through this process after you start to ensure you're maximising your salary.
